Processing Time: 3-6 weeks after I receive your inclusions.

Only a very small amount is needed.
Ashes/Cremations: A teaspoon is plenty.
Hair/Fur: A small lock is enough.
Fabric/clothing: About the size of a postage stamp will be plenty.
Breast Milk: A Tablespoon is enough.
Feel free to send me any amount (as long as its minimum the amount listed above). Anything extra will be returned to you with your finished piece.

While the metal is water proof, the resin stone is NOT. You’ll need to remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using harsh chemicals . Gentle care will help preserve both the jewelry and the inclusion inside.

YES. I treat every inclusion with care and respect, and I will return any unused materials alongside your finished jewelry.

After you place your order, I’ll send you step by step mailing /drop off instructions to ensure your inclusions arrive safely.

Absolutely! If you’d like to create multiple keepsakes rom the same inclusion (for example, one for yourself and one for a family member), you can. Please let me know in your order notes, and I’ll make sure to divide the inclusion respectfully between pieces.

Your keepsake jewlery is made to be cherished every day, but it deserves gentle care.
Remove before swimming, bathing or using cleaning products
Avoid exposure to extreme heat, perfumes and lotions.
Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not being worn.
Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth only. NEVER any harsh chemicals or jewelry dips.

Because these pieces are handcrafted with delicate, irreplaceable inclusions, I am unable to offer a warranty, repairs or replacements once your jewelry has been delivered. Each piece is unique and its longevity depends on how it is worn and cared for.
